Meeting inside the Manufactures Building at the Columbian Exposition, 1893, Chicago.
As I’ve mentioned before, this building could seat over 300,000 people. This is 3 times larger than any existing indoor arena today (the outdoor Indianapolis Speedway has the capacity for 400,000).
